About this role
You'll spend two years on a rotational program with up to four developmental assignments providing experience in a range of disciplines including but not limited to Sales, Delivery, Commercial Operations, and Business / Contract Management.
Our rotational program is designed to give you the chance to experience different areas of business management and build a clearer picture of where you want to take your career.
It's your career, you decide where and how far you go. We'll give you the support you need to get there - whether it's training, career advice or encouragement.
Our core graduate training is made up of 20 days training across each year.
This is a permanent, full-time position starting September 2018.

Skills / Experience
To join our Leadership Development Program, you must meet the following criteria :
A minimum 7 / 10 in your Bachelors degree in either Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering / Electronics, or Engineering in Telecommunications
The legal right to work in Mexico
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Must be prepared to be based in Mexico City.
3 years of work experience or less.
