This is a management role, responsible for the management of the Surface and Exploration Drilling division. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, sales & marketing, operational structure, profitability & overall management of the division’s assets.
Reporting to Epiroc Mexico General Manager, you will be responsible for the sales development & profitable growth of the Surface and Exploration Drilling Division given divisional targets & objectives.
You will be responsible for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for this business. - You will need to prepare, define & execute the Strategic Business Plan & Marketing and Operational strategies in line with Divisional and local Customer Center directives.
Develop necessary indirect sales channels to cover construction and aggregate segments- Evaluate, manage, develop and empower marketing, sales & logistics teams via clear and transparent communication to maximize results.
Inventories strategic planning and managing, according to Epiroc s divisional targets.- Set & achieve ambitious profitable growth targets with high focus on market share, customer share & consolidated profitability.
Work seamlessly with other capital equipment business line managers to promote and make Epiroc s products and services the first choice for existing customers and future prospects.
Develop close relationships with key customers. - Ensure that "The Epiroc Way" & our Ethics are followed.- Evaluate and manage sales team, make sure fair opportunity given for Surface and Exploration Drilling product lines.
By Leading, coaching and motivating the local sales team, establish best people and competence development.
A results oriented and experienced sales / marketing professional.- Experience in both the mining and exploration industry.
A proven track record in marketing and people management
Fluent in Spanish and English - Proven ability to work under pressure.
Degree in Mining or related field. Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing Management is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills. - Proven ability to work under pressure.- Good organizational, planning and follow up skills, proactive and have ability to prioritize.
Strong leadership skills to drive the team.- Team player ability to create synergy between other divisions.
