The main responsibilities are to :
Support manufacturing activities
Support daily operation and interact with Assembly Shop Stakeholders
Facilitate technical support to Assembly Shop on equipment major breakdowns
Follow up on equipment critical issues and promote problem solving, techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful countermeasures
Communicate with External & Internal Groups (Plant departments, Contractors, suppliers, etc)
Specialized training for maintenance department
Operation manuals development
Prventive and corrective maintenance for production lines
Production flow control programming and monitoring
Support production decision making based on equipment capacity / performance
New or modified equipment (reponsability for new or modified equipment introduction from design / development through SOP (Standard Operating Procedure))
Assure spare parts
Perfil del candidato
B.S. Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Electromechanical. Experience with : automotive industry, manufacturing equipment, PLC's.
Project management experience, PLC programming and electrical control. Fluid fill equipment, equipment field experience in PM, PdM, troubleshoot, refurbish plans and TPM experience.
Availability to travel. Advanced English, excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. Passport and VISA are required.
