  • The Division Head is responsible for the Advisors Division P&L, with direct responsibility for the business development team and joint responsibility for the overall pool of delivery consultants
  • Integral member of Mastercard’s Divisional leadership team, also acting as strategic advisor and thought leader for the organization
  • Sales responsibility for accounts and major bids including influence network and sales process
  • oBuilds peer relationships with senior / executive level client management

    oLeads sales calls and new client development including proposal contribution

    oIdentify new business opportunities and works with executives to pursue

  • Identify senior client business needs in addition to accurately capturing clients’ articulated requests
  • oIdentify additional stakeholder needs and / or issues that lead to further solution opportunities and engagement expansion

    oAnalyze multiple aspects of clients’ organizational systems and culture and leverage in the sales process

  • Responsible for successful execution of large complex projects, directs teams including senior assets, sales responsibility for account or major MCW bid.
  • oIdentifies most critical aspects of a problem

    oTranslates objectives into key hypotheses and structure work for large / complex projects or ill-defined problems.

    oQuickly identifies shortcomings and take remedial action

    oDevelop solid set of recommendations, prioritizing based on ease of implementation and impact

    oEnsure team written materials are succinct, persuasive and tailored to the level of the audience.

    oPlays significant role in formal and informal presentations.

  • Ongoing focus on capturing and leveraging thought leadership and Intellectual Capital
  • oManages complete capture of assignment knowledge and drives to ensure it is available firm-wide

    oContributes to the development of Intellectual Capital, point of view, articles, methodologies in Special Interest Groups

    oProactively seek new knowledge

    oDirect teams in the search and use of already documented Intellectual Capital in new and unique assignments

    oLeverage deep knowledge of all the MasterCard Advisors capabilities and how they fit together to offer new innovative solutions
