Act as a strategic partner across Wealth Management, Small Business Enterprises, Citi Priority, Payroll and CitiBlue segments for Mexico country.
This person will work closely with Segment Sr. Management providing advice and thought leadership.
The scope of responsibilities cover all segments across the GCB and will have direct responsibility over a Business Planning team but also will influence and partner with Controllers, Treasury and Strategy for GCB Mexico.

Financial Performance : working closely with Mexico GCB Segment Head to achieve financial goals while managing a transition to optimizing returns.
Example activities include : budget process; expense management; balance sheet monitoring and limit setting; managing performance dialogue / reviews and proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
Mexico GCB heads partner : Provide support to Segment Product Head with financial analysis and strategic perspective for decisions making investments, pricing strategies, product launches, business portfolio optimization, JVs and business alliances.
Client Franchise : Provide support to Mexico GCB Segment to deepen involvement with clients, understand profitability of those relationships, and assess areas of additional opportunity.
Example activities include : Support roll-out of client profitability models; enhance EV (sales credit) reporting and processes.
Business Heads Performance Management : Provide support to Sr. Management during the performances reviews, including but not limited to Retail review with global team, by fully validating the KPI Platform of each Business head.
Productivity (Business and Finance) : Reduce complexity of financial reporting, increase synthesis and focus, and leverage new tools (e.
g., dashboards) working closely with GPOs. Example activities include : Stranded Costs; Improve resource allocation and transparency.
Growth & Innovation : Build today approaches, tools, and frameworks to help the business identify and develop roadmaps for growth opportunities.
CCAR : Lead all aspects of revenue and balance sheet forecasting.
People : Attract and develop talent at all levels. Manage a team of employees covering regional GCB Business Planning as well as partnering with regional Treasury, Strategy, Controllers as well as FP&A team.
The leader will also be responsible to leverage the Global Analytical Centers in Mumbai and Costa Rica.
