Mondelez International is looking for : Paralegal Description To provide assurance, advise, guidance and legal services to the company, supporting its business objectives and to protect its assets, brands and legal interests, with the highest professional standards Main responsabilities Provide high quality and responsive legal support and guidance to individuals on corporate, administrative and regulatory matters, assuring the decisions are made under the Mexican law.
Organize and manage corporate documents (shareholder and board meetings, titles, books) Assure the contracts and all type of agreements are in line with the Mexican law, the policies and procedures of the company Assure all the advertising and promotional material is according to the Compliance policies and the local legal framework Coordinate the brand protection under the intellectual property system Track the changes in the legislation and inform management team on relevant impacts in due time, suggesting the course of implementation of the new requirement in the most beneficial way for the company.
