Job Summary : Technical Solution Manager supporting the Global Account (Tier 1) customer organization with business development, technical leadership and Digital Services / Telecommunication Core and Cloud domains specific pre-
sales activities securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner by customers. Work on strategic level identifying leads and opportunities as well as taking the role of Solution leader (CSR) in specific engagements.
Main Responsibilities : Overall responsible of Solution Pre-sales engagement with Global Account (Tier 1) for Telecommunications Core and Cloud opportunities Working with Client Leads, Market Area SSLs, Delivery, and other support organization like NSC / SDU to secure sound solution development and competitive proposal strategies Cloud networking knowledge like SRIOV, SDN, L2 & L3 protocols and switching.
Knowledge of Industry initiatives like OPNFV, Open daylight, contrail. Lead customer engagements to secure Ericsson lead position in the Cloud (ECM, ECEE HDS, NFVi, IP & SDN and Telecommunications Core engagements (including Packet Core, IMS, UDM, etc.
Main contact for Roadmap and feature requirements from the Customer to secure proper anticipation and prioritization towards Business Area and MELA SSL organizations Required Skills : University degree in Engineering, Master's degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience from Sales, Pre-sales and / or Service Delivery related to Telecommunication Core and Cloud portfolio Strong Digital Services technical knowledge and background in Core & Cloud portfolio Strong background in Solutions / Consultative sales approach and process with ability to translate business needs to product solutions.
