The main responsibilities are to :
Champion the company's core values,business principles, code of conduct and the requirements of E&C Manuals, thus building a strong and visible commitment to the company
Assist the business in identifying relevant risks by conducting formal and informal risk assessment on new and existing projects
Mitigate said risks through a wide range of measures
Translate, design and implement the company's program to the local Mexican context
Design and maintain updated and well-organised systems and records of management decisions, policies, processes, trainings, assessments, remediation plans, investigations and enforcement actions
Provide advice and guidance to the all the business areas on compliance matters and work with a wide range or business partners, deals and businesses
Working from within Mexico with close links to local management and the Country Chair of Mexico
Perfil del candidato
Bachelor Degree in a relevant field of study. Master's degree appreciated. Experience working in changing, ambiguous and pressured environments requiring personal integrity, courage, independence and resilience.
Experience with risk management, compliance programmes, controls, audit and / or assurance. Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust. Fluent English.
