1 Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job :
Represents the company in the country and is responsible for overseeing, managing, and executing on the selling strategies for the country with full P&L responsibility.
The scope of the role includes overseeing, in a matrix environment, all local sales, marketing, customer service, quality, support functions for the Units except Industry.
2 Main Accountabilities :
Develops a business strategy and ensures the team delivers customer satisfaction, above market growth rates in terms of product market share, manages average selling price (ASP) and provides incremental revenue to assist the organization in meeting its stated revenue and growth objectives.
Ensures compliance with applicable legislation and group policies proactively addressing compliance / internal controls in all aspects of the business operation.
Ensures good functioning of the quality management system and lead Operational Performance : Profitability, Supply Chain, Customer Service.
Ensures appropriate resources and processes to meets the business objectives and to support distributors in the country.
Represents the company with Governmental Authorities, Business Associations and International Organizations in the country.
