You'll be performing the end to end recruitment process including collaborating with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to identify staffing needs, execute attraction strategies and hiring processes, support the Steelcase full time hiring process, setting up candidate interviews, coordinating onboarding and others.
What you will be doing :
You will be responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to all aspects of staffing / recruitment and onboarding.
Participate in continuous process improvement and development team(s) to improve current processes and implement new processes as well as
The goal is to attract top talent, gain ambitious advantage and meeting company’s resource needs.
Prepare and post jobs to appropriate sources.
Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
Settles applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews.
Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
Actively involved in the daily operations and uses team to accomplish objectives.
Develops initiatives to support staffing goals and strategies.
Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods.
Frequently represents the organization to external contacts.
Draft and post the job posting internally / externally and to state unemployment site.
Create and distribute interview guides.
Create the offer letter and offer package together.
Who you are :
You got strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to evaluate solution effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Are you able to create and implement strategic recruiting plans.
Validated advising skills to influence business decisions.
You know about broad knowledge and application of Recruitment and Sourcing principles, practices, and procedures.
You know how to compose, edit and prepare written communications, documents and reports.
Working with multiple clients at a time will need from you to multi task.
You have strong organizational skills with phenomenal attention to detail and follow-up coupled with strong judgment in setting priorities and providing information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with a variety of internal and external customers.
Are you someone that can work independently and with limited supervision?
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or similar.
1-2 years of experience in staffing areas.
Full cycle recruiting experience required.
