The position Associate-Ventas Productos Derivados OTC, will be located at our Mexico City Office in Santa Fe.
Theincumbent will assist the CRM Latin America Marketing Team in dailyrelationship management and Over The Counter tailor made derivative pricing activities
Thisrole will help in building stronger relationships and ties with existingcustomers and participate in a growing effort for the Latin American business
Responsiblefor trade quotes, order execution and trade input, clear and detailedcommunication with customers, coordination of timely and accurate reporting,marketing material design, customer support, and general back up

50% -Marketing / Sales support - focus on customers - price quoting, reviewingstructures, confirming trades, and phone traffic.
30%-Administration - works with back office, credit , middle office, compliance,trading. Follow up on customerexpirations.
20%Administration - Creating and updating presentations, marketing support, andmarket information (potentially to include analysis).
4-year University Bachelor’sdegree in accounting, finance, economics, marketing, management or relatedfield.
Spanish and English fluency(must be able to write and speak with high fluency).
Ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines.
Ability to work with minimalsupervision and handle several tasks simultaneously.
Excellent spelling, grammar,and proofreading skills (English and Spanish)
Strong attention to detail andproblem solving skills.
Strong verbal, written andinterpersonal skills.

Minimum of 2 yrs experience insales or sales support (i.e., trading assistant, commercial support).

Organizationof marketing materials and presentations.
Familiaritywith futures / options / commodity markets
