Manufacturing Automotive Company is looking for a Human Resources Manager to be based in its new manufacturing site in Puebla, Mexico.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading, implementing and delivery of Human Resources strategies, policies, and services that create, support and sustain the plant operations.
This position also leads, consults and influences the executive management, middle management and all employees.
Provides consultation, advice, and counseling to management regarding issues, policies.
Manages payroll and salary administration.
Ensures salary and equity ranges are consistent with compensation philosophy.
Manages labor union negotiations.
Develops, manages and administers the performance management process, including annual performance reviews.
Ensure that plant is in compliance with Mexican employment law.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related degree required.
7+ years of managerial experience in Human Resources for the manufacturing industry.
Working knowledge of Mexican and US labor law.
Working knowledge of HR practices such as performance management, succession planning and workforce planning.
Experienced in managing compensation and benefits programs.
Experienced in union relations and negotiating contracts.
Project management skills.
Bilingual English / Spanish.
