Responsible for planning, coordinate, execute and develop projects aligned to the Product Strategy the organization is following.
Understanding and translating users’ needs and experiences into projects, improvements and / or new offerings / services.

Main responsabilities :
Define strategy for product development and improvements alongside the Product Management Team (including timelines, costs and ownerships across the organization).
Translate business needs into projects to communicate to the Development Team.
Create products based on market needs and business objectives.
Position pricing strategies for new and current product offerings based on business goals.
Work for improving user experience by understanding users’ needs and key metrics aligned to them (NPS, surveys, ethnographies, etc.).
Position user experience, convenience on new and current product offerings
Work alongside Product Experience to constantly understand the industry (benchmarking, reporting, market analysis etc.).
Identify opportunity areas in current systems that provide service to internal areas (Operations, Marketing, Data Science ).
Interact, negotiate and set agreements between internal areas to advance on product development and maintaining.
Monitor key unit economics aligned to product offerings (CAC, LTV, Loss Rate)
Establish key user metrics for new product offerings (unit economics, user retention).
Work alongside technical teams (development and platform) creating features and / or products.
Understanding of AGILE methodologies for product development.
Proven experience related to the creation and maintaining of tech products (ideation,operation, metrics).
Finance related product experience (project management, analysis, user experience)
Management of online and consumer products

Construct an analysis around a specific business question.
Formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations.
Support subject matter experts (SME) for specific analytics driven business problems.

Deliver effective presentations with findings and recommendations to multiple levels of stakeholders and across different functions.
Performs the initial product analysis in order to assess the need for any requested changes as well as their potential impact.

Bachelor's degree with emphasis on coursework of a quantitative nature (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
