The purpose of the Common Services team is to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the Company to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability within a sustainable organization.
The Common Services Team has global presence across all ABB Hubs. This Customer Care Project Manager is due to be located in San Luis Potosi.
Provide subject matter expertise in user access management process set up for GBS (existing solutions, best practices, etc.)
Actively support design of GBS UAM process as project team member (e.g. process mapping, running review sessions with stakeholders, adjustments implementation, etc.)
Define role-based concept implementation plan and execute the same
Define and implement reporting standards to cover IT compliance requirements
Suggest possible improvements and automations on the process, across functions and countries
Create procedures to properly and efficiently manage UAM
Train run organization on defined process
Lead activities to foster change that transforms our business processes, behaviors and culture to deliver sustained improvements;
Collaborate with fellow employees to ensure that our actions reflect the highest levels of integrity, safety and responsibility to our customers and shareholders.
We are looking for Fluent English speaking, talented professionals between 3-5 years of experience in the following :
Understanding of user access management process and how this impacts the business from an operational or compliance perspective
A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail
Good organizational skills & planning ability
Project management experience as strong asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to interact effectively across countries / locations as well as at multiple management levels
Attentive listener who is able to receive and react appropriately to feedback provided by stakeholders
High level of professionalism, self-motivation and sense of urgency
Results orientated without compromising control and quality
Good incident and problem management skills
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex priorities
Proactive, driven and able to work on their own initiative
