The main responsibilities are to :
Coordinate key marketing projects, such as product launches
Build the marketing team and be their leader
Produce packages for launches (compile materials under guidance of HQ Marketing; produce professional, exciting package)
Support creation / localization of marketing materials
Compile forecasts (new products, discontinuations, and other needs outside of Demand Plan)
Ensures demand plan is aligned with marketing forecasts, at regional level
Organize marketing events (eg, Medical courses, trade shows) pre & post-event; and track ROI
Preparation of reports; support development of regional plans
Maintain / monitor regional marketing dashboards
Maintain regional price corridors and approvals
Perfil del candidato
College degree; concentration in marketing highly preferred, minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in marketing and team management.
Positive attitude, self-starter, able to work autonomously, results-oriented. Comfortable working in an unstructured and rapidly changing environment, often managing multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong collaboration skills. English / Spanish professional fluency required. Ability to travel.
