Create a Shipment plan according customer demand and follow up with Laredo Warehouse team for ship on time.
Acknowledge about ECR’s, break points an SOP for new models or projects.
Career of preference ( IMA, LAE, International Business , Industrial Engineering )
Acknowledge of Automotive Portals (Ford, FCA, GM, American Axle, Tesla and Honda).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience at Customer Service and production planning (MPS).
Negotiation skills and facility to handle conversations with customers, English 90 %.
SAP ( Modules of Planning, Customer Service and Shipping )
Proactive and oriented to support in special situation, work under pressure.
