Responsibilities

  • Provide feedback and an appropriate coaching to all call center agents.
  • Help and support all operation agents to work in their opportunity areas
  • Provide continuous training on all new procedures
  • Communicate effectively with all operational areas when new procedures and policies
  • Qualifications

  • Great communication skills
  • The candidate must be creative, proactive, can work well in a team environment.
  • Must be able to help all personnel develop their skills.
  • Analysis, planning and organizational skills.
  • Feedback experience.
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Good writing skills
  • Full time availability
  • English fluency is a must
