Position Summary :
Responsible for the Commercial performance for all LSG portfolio including LPD, BID, BPD, CSD, GSD, managing distributors.
Will participate in strategic planning, set sales goals by product line, region and channels; Monitor sales results of the sales channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Participate in strategic planning according company policy, setting sales goals by product, market, region and sales channels, using the knowledge obtained in the market and sales channels;
Develop the best arrangement for the Go To Market in the different segments and territories;
Define and review with Distributors the action plans to achieve the targets established;
Define the prospection markets and establish the action plans to achieve them, evaluating customer insights, marketing news, etc;
Prospect for new customers and markets, Private and Public,
Monitor Distributor sales results, to achieve established goals, evaluating the sales results by product line, region and channel;
Report monthly numbers to Commercial Director and prepare sales management reports monitoring and revise Annual Sales Plan numbers (Forecast).

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :
Possess Bachelors Degree in Business, Health Sciences or equivalent experience
Native Spanish and Fluent English skills
Have 5 year of experience in sales management;
Have an knowledge in the usage of Microsoft Officer programs (word, excel, PowerPoint) CRM, and internet tools ;
