Job description :
Responsibility for driving, and significantly growing our Consumer Online Sales in Mexico
Adapt the global strategy to regional business needs. Adapt sales flows to local standards and regional e-commerce behavioral differences
Work with our e-commerce partners to implement local payment methods
Look for opportunities to establish new partnerships on the local market to drive brand awareness, installations and / or sales
Analyze customers, competitors, market trends and run A / B tests in order to optimize the regional customer experience
Work cross-functionally and provide feedback to other departments (Sales, Product Management, Operations, Marketing, PR, Business Intelligence, Customer Care) to ensure high user engagement
Track performance for Mexico. Minimum metrics include (1) free product use, (2) sales via e-commerce systems
Required skills / knowledge :
6+ years’ experience in e-commerce (online marketing)
Understanding of offline and online market dynamics of the Mexican market
Have new ideas on how to grow our customer base. Knowledge of the typical tools used in online / e-commerce is expected, but fresh ideas will win the day!
Self-motivator with a strong drive for success. A passive approach will not work
Experience with Web Analytics software (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred). Comfortable with typical business metrics such as close rate, CTR, AOV, etc.
Native in Spanish and fluent in English
Experience with your own e-commerce project (website, e-shop, startup) is a big plus
