The AEO Specialist is the main contact between Customs and Siemens locations / central function areas for all security programs (Authorized Economic Operator Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) related issues, as well as the main point of contact before Mexican and US authorities for security topics.
Degree on International Trade orrelated field
Experience : 2 5 years of experiencein international trade. Experience with audits procedures and security programspreferred.
Strong oral and written communicationskills
Knowledge : AEO / C-TPAT securityprofiles understanding, strong oral and written communication / presentationskills, intermediate / advanced English proficiency (oral and written businesscommunication), Siemens Business knowledge preferred.
AEO / C-TPATsecurity profiles’ maintenance
Submission of annual AEO / C-TPATdocumentation to ensure the renewal of AEO / C-TPAT
Establish a constant and collaborativecommunication between Siemens locations / central functions to obtain relevant / updated information related to Siemens’ security programs
Ensure MONA (Siemens AG MonitoringApplication) maintenance regarding Supply Chain Security topics
Ensure the annual audit plan isfulfilled
Ensure both Siemens locations / external business partners’ audit reports are sent in a timely manner
Audit findings follow-up with bothSiemens locations and external business partners
Ensure Mexican and US authorities’requirements are fulfilled in a timely manner
Ensure C-TPAT’s website maintenance(requirements / validity reports / renewals / profile monitoring solicitations,etc)
Establish strong and collaborativecommunication with SCM related to security programs topics
Ensure the Supply Chain Securityclauses are always included in service contracts with logistics suppliers
Ensure the Local Compliance Board ofSecurity (LCBS) meet in a regular basis
