Apply and maintain quality requirements for processing components and other materials into finished goods and products. Drive the design and implementation methods and procedures for testing and inspecting the quality level of products and equipment.
Lead / drive / track the internal quality performance from part level to company level.
CTQ definition and training to quality technician / inspectors
With Technical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering to work out the quality evaluation / inspection plan for new products introduction;
Coordinates all related team to find the solution for N / C to reduce scrap / DPM’s internal and external
Quality Continuous Improvement
Quality problem identification in production and test, lead the whole problem solve process to find the root cause and evaluate the effectiveness & follow up the implementation of action,
Systematic quality data analysis to find the improvement to Engineering, Method.
Provide solutions to customer’s complaint through statistical and Quality tools
Perform process quality audits to ensure quality consistency and product / process robustness.
Quality tools & method innovation
Support General Quality System by participating in Internal ISO Audits
Support SPS deployment (PFMEA, Control Plants, Pokayokes, GR&R)
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
BS Engineering Degree or equivalent in engineering related field
3 years’ experience as Engineer within manufacturing environment
Working knowledge on ISO-9000 quality standard
Ability to read blueprints, specifications and engineering changes
Ability to interact with employees at all levels
Leadership and team building skills
Working knowledge on ISO 9001 / TS 16949
Working knowledge on automotive tools as APQP, PPAP, 8D, etc.
Additional Details :
English Level : Proficient.
Problem solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
Computer literacy with emphasis in Windows environment
