Top 3-5 Accountabilities :
You will be responsible for creating a program to truly leverage BIG DATA. Lead Digital data analysis, generating knowledge and actionable insights to drive business growth.
You will be responsible for the digital always on strategy for all brands, making sure we are sparking engagement and conversations in all of our audiences.
You will lead the approach on all our Mexican digital assets (websites, apps, social pages and ecommerce with the commercial team), concentrating on their performance effectiveness and boosting conversion from our digital platforms.
You will be a key connection point into the Global digital team, making full use of global digital resources to implement a sophisticated and smart marketing ecosystem locally.
You will work closely with the Digital Technologists and bring speed and agility to our marketing through use of these digital tools.
You will lead digital data analysis, measurement & evaluation in market, optimising in market and feeding results and findings into brand and business strategy.
You will identify new opportunities to improve our digital programs effectiveness and running test & learn programmes
Educate and upskill the marketing community, training them on how to be future makers while being compliant and aligned with our standards.
Works with the BMs and the Media agencies to get the best out of each media plan, amplifying the impact of communications and executing and Optimizing Digital Programmes, working under the strategic framework of the BM.
M&E : Uses data to evaluate performance of media, developing insights into the best way to leverage interconnected channels.
Builds understanding into what drives sales, iterating work to amplify what gives the biggest return.
Search : Works with the brands team to ensure each brand has a search strategy, ensuring they show up effectively through paid and earned search.
Owns the media & digital agency relationships for Mexico and supports procurement and local marketing team in finding the best partners for the brands needs
Responsible for identifying the emerging technology trends, to identify new ways to connect to consumers (in particular within the digital and mobile space).
Qualifications and Experience Required :
Whether you are currently client side, agency, tech or media role, you will be a passionate individual with sustained, demonstrable experience in holistic media strategy, data, measurement and conversion.
10 + years of experience doing Media, and preferably 2-3 years doing Brand / Product Management roles.
Experience leading projects with several media partners and internal stakeholders
Clear and proven best practices in Media developed at big CPG or similar industries
Experience leading Digital transformation for top brands in the LAC markets
