As a Talent Sourcer you will own and drive sourcing, finding innovative ways to locate and engage top passive talent in the marketplace to support our demanding pipeline.
You will develop strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers they support.
What will your job look like?
This role is a full desk Sourcer role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high volume technology sourcing.
Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to create and implement sourcing strategies
Execute sourcing strategies to include, but not limited to - networking, identifing applicant pools, Boolean searches, social media, database searches, cold calling, blogs, directories, etc.
Conduct candidate prescreens and present qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition Partners for further consideration
Remain current on competitor hiring practices and market trends through market intelligence gathering
Build and maintain credibility by understanding job types and job roles across the organization
Proactively build community relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies
Actively participating in social networking (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and advanced sourcing techniques to identify candidates

Strong track record of achievement within the technical sourcing space as you drive to an outcome based solution
Understanding of technology, ability to read and understand technical requirements
Pipeline passive talent by leveraging research, complex Internet searches and networking
Ability to display your sourcing talent and demonstrate how to handle tough-to-fill & niche roles
Ability to understand and articulate the job requirements, culture, etc. that are critical to making a successful hire
Proactive in making an impact and sourcing top talent within telecommunications space
With a high sense of urgency and you enjoy cross collaboration, but also thrive in an autonomous environment
Strong interpersonal skills as you will collaborate and work in a team setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Build trust and understand partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to identify high-quality and diverse talent pools / leads through proactive research techniques
Minimum 3+ years of experience where you drove the talent pipeline in a high growth environment with a focus on technology.
Preference for a combination of agency and in-house experience
