MUST DO

  • As the most senior executive in the country, the General Manager is responsible for setting the strategic vision for the local organization aligned with the company mission and goals;
  • Responsible for managing the local team in order to ensure the delivery of the agreed (financial and non-financial) goals;
  • Assure the control and delivery of the Profit & Loss agreed targets of the business unit;
  • Taking control of the current and long-range objectives and setting of the adequate product and service sales and marketing plans for future developments;
  • Representation of the Company and its values in its relationships with major customers, suppliers and competitors;
  • Execution of the above functions in accordance with the general policies of the Company.

    MUST HAVE

  • University degree (MBA preferable);
  • Background of New Media industry with

  • Experience in Top Consultancy Firms;
  • Wide range experience in managing large teams;
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment is considered plus;
  • Ability to work autonomously with team members in other countries;
  • Business negotiation and communication skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
